Using Drama Across the Primary Curriculum
with Professor Robyn Ewing
Employing drama techniques in primary classrooms has a powerful effect on increasing students’ engagement in learning across the primary curriculum. Based on her outstanding professional practice in Australian classrooms, Robyn’s workshop will model best practice for teachers interested in increasing their confidence and expertise in teaching imaginatively using drama as the catalyst. While we will particularly focus on English and literacy, this workshop will also demonstrate how drama can be meaningfully embedded across the primary curriculum. No prior knowledge is needed. Participants should come prepared to have fun!
This inspiring workshop will model how you can place drama pedagogy at the heart of your teaching practice.
