From exclusive cocktail receptions to formal sit-down dinners, pre-theatre, interval and post-theatre functions can be arranged and tailored to suit your individual needs.

Cast events are exclusive to our corporate partners and designed as an opportunity for guests to discuss the production with the cast in a relaxed and casual atmosphere after the performance.  

Introductory talks by Sydney Theatre Company executives at pre-theatre functions provide a unique insight into the production, along with public acknowledgment of your organisation’s special relationship with us.

Backstage and behind-the-scenes tours can also be arranged, along with mementos of the evening such as signed production programs and posters.

For convenience, a dedicated member of our Development team is the central contact for all corporate entertaining requirements - from venue booking and ticketing arrangements, to catering needs. Development Team members are also present at functions to supervise and ensure a memorable evening at the theatre.
