Staff Assisted Access at The Wharf
Should you require mobility assistance of any kind, please advise the STC Box Office when booking your tickets. One of our Front of House staff will be organised to assist you. A number of spaces are available for wheelchairs in each theatre. If you have difficulty walking up stairs or long distances, please advise box office and they will arrange for assistance and the use of one of our wheelchairs.

Assisted Listening Devices
There is an infrared hearing assistance system in Wharf 1 and Wharf 2 to assist our patrons with impaired hearing. We request that patrons wishing to use this facility telephone our Box Office on (61 2) 9250 1777 prior to their visit, as special seats are required. Or inform us of your needs when subscribing to STC.

Accessible Facilities
There is an accessible toilet located at the northern end of The Wharf.

Public Phone
There is a public telephone and a free taxi phone located near the reception area.

Mother's Room
There is a baby change facility located in the Accessible toilet/Parenting room.

Cloak Room
Due to space limitations there is no Cloak Room facility at The Wharf.
