A Border Project production

A head-on smash between music and theatre, Highway Rock 'n' Roll Disaster is like a collection of music videos performed live mixed together with energetic concert.

Nine ‘tracks’ form a theatrical concept album mixing vivid imagery, personal memory and hardcore rock. This production from Adelaide’s The Border Project looks at the relationship between pop music, the imagery that makes it sell, and the stuff it reignites in our own lives.

Created for a generation who grew up on a diet of MTV, Highway Rock ‘n’ Roll Disaster takes a closer look at just what was on the end of the fork.
