Transport to Sydney Theatre
Circular Quay railway station, bus and ferry terminus is the
closest public transport hub. The Wharf and Sydney Theatre are a
brisk 15 minute walk from Circular Quay.
Bus services
The 433 & 431 buses run from Glebe along George Street,
terminating at the corner of Argyle and Kent Streets. For more

STC season matinee shuttle
bus service
Sydney Theatre Company operates two free shuttle buses to
transport patrons to and from all STC season matinee performances
at The Wharf and Sydney Theatre on Wednesdays and Saturdays
(excluding Schools Days).
Please note: the Sydney Theatre Company matinee shuttle bus
service does not operate on any non-STC performances at Sydney
Theatre. For more details please contact the box office on (02)

Shuttle service route & timetable
The preshow service will commence one-and-a-half hours prior to
each matinee performance and continue on a loop up to 15 minutes
prior to the performance. The post show service will start 10
minutes after the show comes down will continue on a loop for up to
40 minutes after the show finishes, if there are still patrons
waiting.
Pre-show: Wynyard - Circular Quay - Pier 4, Millers Point
Post-show: Pier 4, Millers Point - Circular Quay - Wynyard
The matinee bus pick up point and set down points are:
Wynyard: in front of the Menzies Hotel in Carrington Street.
Circular Quay: in front of the Galleria Duty Free Store, 155
George Street, The Rocks.
Walsh Bay: Outside the Theatre at Pier 4.

Parking at Sydney Theatre
While on-street metered parking is available in Walsh Bay, we
recommend parking at one of the two parking stations located along
Hickson Road:
