News: Waiting for Godot in London

Date posted: 28 May 2015Author: STC

Triumphed for its fresh take on Beckett’s classic, our production of Waiting for Godot is in London in June for the Barbican’s International Beckett Series alongside other major international artists and companies including the visionary director and visual artist Robert Wilson, Ireland’s Pan Pan Theatre and Olwen Fouere (who was last here at STC for a sold out season of riverrun).

Directed by Andrew Upton and retaining original cast members, Hugo Weaving (Vladimir), Richard Roxburgh (Estragon), Luke Mullins (Lucky) and Philip Quast (Pozzo), Waiting for Godot is our second invitation to the Barbican following the success of Gross und Klein (Big and Small) in 2012.

The season runs from 4 Jun – 12 Jun 2015 and tickets are available from here.
