FOLIO

Catering for all Roslyn Packer Theatre events is provided exclusively by The Fresh Collective, whose objective is to deliver an exceptional experience and a seamlessly executed event. 

Operated by The Fresh Collective, Folio is located on the Ground Floor of Roslyn Packer Theatre. It offers a range of well-presented and flavoursome food that reflects the high quality of Australian seasonal and sustainable produce and can be adapted to suit your needs. 

Folio is open Wednesday to Saturday, 5 pm until late, and on show days for cocktails, drinks, and a light menu until late.

Whether hosting a corporate event, cocktail party or private celebration, Folio is a venue made for nights worth remembering. The bar space can be booked for private events for up to 180 guests. Bar services are available from the Ground and Level 1 foyers and can be arranged for any event.
