How to Book a Season Ticket
The best way to book a Season Ticket is online. It’s the fastest way to get the job done, you can select your own seats and your booking is confirmed on the spot. Plus, there are no booking fees.
Please note: If you and your friends wish to see different shows or you have specific seating requirements, please send us a booking form as these bookings are unable to be made online.
If you have a more complex booking or access requirements, give our Customer Experience team a call. The booking fee for general phone bookings is $15. Access bookings are free over the phone.
Please expect longer waiting times during season ticket on-sale periods.
Booking Forms
If you would prefer to book on a traditional form, download a booking form on our website and email it to [email protected]. These booking forms will be processed in order of receipt, from the relevant on sale date. Bookings made by form incur a $15 booking fee. Access bookings made via a booking form do not incur a booking fee.

Premium Reserve
Our Premium Reserve is the best available seats in the house. ‘Legend’ Season Ticket Holders, who have been with us for 10+ years, get access to a special selection of Premium Reserve.
Under 30s, students/concessions and seniors discounts
Discounted tickets are available to Season Ticket Holders who are under 30, students or concession card holders, and Seniors card holders (excluding Senior Savers Cards). Seniors discounts are an exclusive benefit for Season Ticket Holders.

Seniors save $5*

Proof of concession
You can purchase a concession ticket if you hold an Australian Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card (excluding Health Care Cards), Veteran Card, current Full Time Student Card, or valid proof of age ID if you are under 30. You will be asked to provide your proof of concession at the time of booking.
Preview performances
Intrepid theatre-goers are rewarded for attending one of the first performances of a production with a discounted preview price. Previews are an essential part of a production’s creative journey before opening night. Select a preview performance to access these ticket prices. Season Ticket Holder discounts are not available on preview tickets.

Premium Reserve is a selection of our most popular seats in the theatre. A-Reserve is the next best option, with a selection of good seats at a lower price-point. ‘Legend’ Season Ticket Holders, who have been with us for 10+ years, get access to a special selection of Premium Reserve during the priority renewal window.

The primary subscriber is the person who makes the original payment. For example if Mary and John subscribe together and Mary’s credit card is provided for payment, we are obliged to complete the order with Mary as the primary and John as co-subscriber. Both parties receive the same entitlements and benefits, but only Mary’s account will hold the ability to exchange online.

Book online
You can book a Season Ticket for groups of up to 10 people online, as long as everyone in your group is seeing the same shows. This is the quickest and easiest way to access the best available seats, and confirm them on the spot.
Book over the phone
Booking a large group? For groups of more than 10 people, or if friends in your group wish to see different shows, give our Customer Experience team a call. The booking fee for general phone bookings is $15. Access bookings are free over the phone.

Can a group pay separately but sit together?
If you wish to do this you will need to complete a booking form for each credit card holder and email them together to [email protected].
Please include clear notes on your seating preferences and staff will do their utmost to meet these requests. If we receive your forms separately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to sit you together.
Season Ticket Holders booking before Wed 31 Dec can split the cost across two payments for $5 on top of your booking fee. The first payment of 50% is taken at the time of booking, the second payment of 50% will be taken in March 2026.
Deferred payments can only be accessed in bookings made using the booking form. They are unavailable for web bookings.

You can purchase a concession ticket if you hold an Australian Seniors Card (excludes Senior Savers Cards), Pensioner Concession Card (must be issued by Services Australia – excluding Health Care Cards), Veteran Card, current Full Time Student Card, or valid proof of age ID if you are under 30. You will be asked to provide your proof of concession at the time of booking.
You must supply your valid proof of concession when you collect your tickets.
2026 Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase extra single tickets for family and friends, before tickets go on sale to the general public – great for gifts!
You will have the option of adding extra single tickets to your Season Ticket selection within your online shopping cart after you’ve selected your seats, or on your booking form.
If you've already purchased a Season Ticket and would like to buy extra single tickets, you may do so from Mon 10 Nov. Simply log in to your My STC account, then visit What's On to select your performance and date.
