Latecomers will be admitted into the theatre at a suitable break in the performance. Until you can enter the theatre, you will be able to watch the performance on the screens in the foyer.
The timing of the suitable breaks is carefully coordinated for minimal disruption between Front of House staff and the director, performers and stage manager. It varies from production to production.
Our Front of House staff will guide you to seats. In order to minimise disruption to the performers and audience members, there are instances when latecomers are not seated in their ticketed seats as it would cause a significant interruption. In these cases, Front of House staff will seat you in alternative best available seats. When you do enter, please enter quietly and follow the guidance of the Usher.
From time to time, there may be a lock out where entry is not permitted once the performance has commenced. Customers are informed in advance of any full lock outs.

In case of an emergency, or if you are on-call, please feel free to talk to Front of House staff. They may be able to hold your phone and alert you if need be.

About the show
Previews are a set of performances that precede the official opening. The purpose of previews is to allow the director, cast and crew to run the show in front of an audience, to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and to make adjustments to the production so it is the best it can be. Often there will be changes made during previews. Sometimes there may be a stop in the show, but this happens quite rarely. For these reasons, tickets to previews are offered at a reduced price.
Pre-show email
