Terms and Conditions

  • The raffle is open to all residents of NSW and VIC aged 18 and over.

  • The raffle opens at 11am AEDT Wednesday 23 October 2024 closes at 11.59pm AEDT Sunday 10 November 2024.

  • The winner will be drawn at 4pm AEDT Monday 11 November 2024.

  • The Promoter is Sydney Theatre Company (“STC”), ABN 87 001 667 983, Wharf 4/5, 15 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay NSW 2000, phone (02) 9250 1777.

  • STC holds the necessary licenses to hold this Raffle in NSW under NSW Authority Number GOCAU/2592 issued subject to the Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 and in VIC under VIC Permit Number 10402/24 issued subject to Gambling Regulation Act 2003. STC’s Dorian Gray on Broadway raffle draw is in aid of Sydney Theatre Company Ltd. Number of tickets to be sold: 5,000.
