Hosted by Sarah Macdonald with Brooke Boney, Kerry Chikarovski and Ashleigh Raper, this Spotlight Talk takes Housework as a jumping-off point for a wider conversation about women, influence and authority in contemporary Australia. From Parliament House to the media spotlight, the discussion will explore ambition, leadership, public scrutiny and the pressures placed on women in positions of power. Together, the panel will examine how power is gained, exercised and perceived, and what progress has been made, and still remains to be made, in Australian public life.
