Join us harbourside for Lunch with the Artists, an in-conversation series that brings you closer to the cast and creatives behind an upcoming Sydney Theatre Company production.
Over a set menu two-course lunch at The Wharf Restaurant and Bar, you’ll hear from a panel of actors and creatives as they share insights from the rehearsal room, the process of bringing the show to life, and give a chance for you to ask your own questions.
Hosted by the Pier Group, the proceeds from your ticket go towards Sydney Theatre Company's mission to create brilliant theatre for all. So you can enjoy an afternoon of great dining and entertainment, while knowing you have played a vital role in supporting the future of Australian performing arts.

The Pier Group is a passionate volunteer fundraising group that has supported Sydney Theatre Company for more than 30 years. Their much-loved lunches bring theatre lovers, friends and artists together, with proceeds helping STC make brilliant new work for the stage.

Event FAQ
Please arrive at 12:15pm for a 12:30pm start. Our team need time to set up the venue for you, therefore access to the Bar will be open from 12:15pm.
The menu for Lunch with the Artists is a set two-course lunch of a main course and dessert. If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please specify when booking or contact a member of staff at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
A ticket to the Lunch with the Artist covers fundraising and catering costs for the event. If a ticket buyer cancels, refunds/credit vouchers/donations are non-applicable.
As part of the fundraising efforts of these events, there will be a small raffle on the day awarding the winner a special prize and tickets to the following Lunch with the Artists event. Raffle tickets will be sold for $5 each via contactless payment. Cash payments not accepted.
