With a drinks menu devised by award-winning bar consultant Charlie Ainsbury (This Must Be the Place), Folio serves signature cocktails alongside a sharp wine and champagne list, and a menu of bar snacks and dishes made for sharing.
Opening hours
Open Wednesdays-Saturdays from 5pm.
Open pre-show from 5pm and after the final curtain for drinks and supper.
Walk-ins are welcome.
Encore
Things get interesting after 9pm.
Available from 9pm until late, Encore is Folio's new late-night cocktail offering, featuring a curated selection of classic cocktails for $15. Designed to capture post-show and late-night trade, Encore invites guests to continue the evening long after the curtain falls.
