Staff assisted access at The Wharf
There are some areas that assisted access by one of our staff members is required, especially if the patron has mobility impairments. Should you require mobility assistance of any kind, please advise the STC Box Office when booking your tickets. One of our Front of House staff will be organised to assist you. A number of spaces are available for wheelchairs in each theatre. If you have difficulty walking up stairs or long distances, please advise Box Office and they will arrange for assistance and the use of one of our wheelchairs.
Please inform Box Office at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we are able to assist your special needs. Call us on(02) 9250 1777 or email email@example.com to book this service.

For those patrons needing hearing assistance and/or do not have a hearing aid, headsets are available via the Front of House staff at the Wharf. NB The loop system is limited to certain sections of the auditorium. Please advise the Box Office of your requirements at time of ticket purchase. Or inform us of your needs when subscribing to STC.
