While online bookings are strongly recommended as the swiftest way to secure your seats, booking forms for Platinum (10 – 13 plays) and Gold (6 – 9 plays) Season Tickets are also available below, and can be returned via email or mail. Silver (3 – 5 plays) Season Tickets can only be booked online.

Please do not send through any credit card details on this paper form or via email, or payment via cheque. We will contact you for payment details.

Platinum (10 – 13 plays), Gold (6 – 9 plays) and Silver (3 – 5 plays) Season Ticket packages

We’ve restructured our Season Ticket packages and increased the discount, so the more plays you see, the more you save.

Platinum (10 – 13 plays) and Gold (6 – 9 plays) Season Tickets replace our previous Season Ticket, with similar benefits but a greater discount.

Silver (3 – 5 plays) Season Tickets replace our Mini Packages. We’ve added more benefits, including a greater discount than our previous Mini Package but these still go on sale at a later date than Platinum and Gold.

If you’re looking for the best available seats in the house, we’ve created a new Premium Reserve. ‘Legend’ Season Ticket Holders, who have been with us for 10+ years, get access to a special selection of Premium Reserve.

Under 30s, students/concessions and seniors discounts

Discounted tickets are available to Season Ticket Holders who are under 30, students or concession card holders, and Seniors card holders (excluding Senior Savers Cards). Seniors discounts are an exclusive benefit for Season Ticket Holders.

*Subject to availability. Discounts are available for all performances except Previews, Friday and Saturday evenings

Proof of concession
You can purchase a concession ticket if you hold an Australian Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card (excluding Health Care Cards), Veteran Card, current Full Time Student Card, or valid proof of age ID if you are under 30. You will be asked to provide your proof of concession at the time of booking.

Access and specific seating requirements
If you have access or specific seating requirements, please download a booking form and email it to us at [email protected]. We will select tickets to suit your needs, as these seats are unable to be booked online. Please specify your requirements on the booking form to make use of our services.

Enjoy great theatre for less with discounted Season Ticket prices for Under 30s and preview performances. Tickets available from $44–$58 for Mon–Fri and Saturday matinee performances.

Preview performances

Intrepid theatre-goers are rewarded for attending one of the first performances of a production with a discounted preview price. Previews are an essential part of a production’s creative journey before opening night. Select a preview performance to access these ticket prices. Season Ticket Holder discounts are not available on preview tickets.

If you’re looking for the best available seats in the house, we’ve created a new Premium Reserve. Premium Reserve is a selection of our most popular seats in the theatre. A-Reserve is the next best option, with a selection of good seats at a lower price-point. ‘Legend’ Season Ticket Holders, who have been with us for 10+ years, get access to a special selection of Premium Reserve during the priority renewal window.

9am Fri 27 Oct 2024 Season Ticket Holders can buy additional tickets and exchange, fee-free.

9am Thu 7 Dec Single tickets go on sale at 9am for A Fool in Love; RBG: Of Many, One; Into the Shimmering World; No Pay? No Way!; The President; Stolen; American Signs; and Dear Evan Hansen. 

Sun 31 Dec Book all 13 plays before Sun 31 Dec and receive a free ticket to a production of your choice.*

9am Thu 8 Feb 2024 Single tickets go on sale at 9am for Dracula; Cost of Living; Julia; Golden Blood; Sunday; Sweat; and Cicada.

*Complimentary tickets must be requested before Sun 31 Dec. Subject to availability.

The primary subscriber is the person who makes the original payment. For example if Mary and John subscribe together and Mary’s credit card is provided for payment, we are obliged to complete the order with Mary as the primary and John as co-subscriber. Both parties receive the same entitlements and benefits, but only Mary’s account will hold the ability to exchange online.

You can book a Season Ticket for groups of up to 10 people online, as long as everyone in your group is seeing the same shows. This is the quickest and easiest way to access the best available seats, and confirm them on the spot.

Can a group pay separately but sit together?

If you wish to do this you will need to complete a booking form for each credit card holder and email them together to [email protected].

Please include clear notes on your seating preferences and staff will do their utmost to meet these requests. If we receive your forms separately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to sit you together.

Season Ticket Holders booking a Platinum (10 – 13 plays) or Gold (6 – 9 plays) Season Ticket before Sun 31 Dec can split the cost across two payments for a fee of $15. The first payment of 50% is taken at the time of booking, the second payment of 50% will be taken in March 2024.

Deferred payments can only be accessed in bookings made using the booking form. They are unavailable for web bookings.

You can purchase a concession ticket if you hold an Australian Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card (excluding Health Care Cards), Veteran Card, current Full Time Student Card, or valid proof of age ID if you are under 30. You will be asked to provide your proof of concession at the time of booking.

Concessions apply per person and valid proof of concession for each concession ticket booked must be supplied via [email protected] if you’re booking online or attached to your booking form.

eTickets. Your tickets will be emailed to the main booker/credit card holder 2 days prior to each performance. Your tickets can be displayed and scanned on a smartphone. There is one page per seat.

Collect tickets at the venue. If you have selected Box Office collect, you can collect all your Season Tickets from the venue Box Office on the day of your first performance. Bookings with concession tickets will be provided after proof of concession is supplied.

2024 Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase extra single tickets for family and friends, before tickets go on sale to the general public – great for gifts!

You will have the option of adding extra single tickets to your Season Ticket selection within your online shopping cart after you’ve selected your seats, or on your booking form.

If you've already purchased a Season Ticket and would like to buy extra single tickets, you may do so from Fri 27 Oct. Simply log in to your My STC account, then visit What's On to select your performance and date.

Ticket exchanges are available for most STC productions, up to 24 hours before your performance.

You can exchange your tickets to another date of the same production, subject to availability and some conditions.

Season Ticket Holders can exchange their tickets from Fri 27 Oct.

If you are the primary subscriber you can exchange online via your My STC account, by email to [email protected] or by calling Box Office (02) 9250 1777. Please have your ticket number ready to make the exchange. 

If you are a co-subscriber you may still exchange tickets independently providing you have the ticket(s) in your possession. You can do this either in person or by calling STC Box Office from Fri 27 Oct (02) 9250 1777.

Once tickets are booked they are non-refundable. Full refunds are only offered for specific and unusual circumstances, such as an event cancellation. All tickets sold by STC are issued subject to the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice, which details conditions regarding refunds.
