PIER GROUP LUNCH: IN CONVERSATION SERIES

Join us at one of our Pier Group Lunches in 2024 to hear from the cast and creative team over delicious food and wine. You’ll learn more about the show, hear how rehearsals are going and gain an invaluable insight into the creative process.

About the Pier Group

The Pier Group are dedicated volunteer fundraisers who have been generously supporting STC for over 30 years. Through the year they host a series of ‘in conversation’ events for theatre lovers and friends. Proceeds from the events go towards the company’s creation of ambitious new works.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at 12pm for a 12.30pm start. Our team need time to set up the venue for you, therefore access to the Bar will be open from 12pm.

VENUE ACCESS

Entry is via Hickson Road. Walk up the stairs to the landing then down the walkway to The Theatre Bar at the End of The Wharf. If you require access assistance, lifts are available to the right of the Wharf, or please notify a member of staff so that we can assist you.

MEAL OPTIONS

Pier Group Lunch menus are set with no variations. If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please specify when booking or contact a member of staff at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS

A ticket to the Pier Group Lunch covers fundraising and catering costs for the event. If a ticket buyer cancels, refunds/credit vouchers/donations are non-applicable.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING DEVICES, INCLUDING MOBILE PHONES

To help respect the privacy of our artists, we ask that guests refrain from photographing the cast and creative team attending. There will be an official photographer present to document the event. 

PANEL DISCUSSION

The panel discussion and audience Q&A component of the event is recorded onto an audio file so that it can be created into an episode for the STC podcast series to share with the general public.

RAFFLE

Raffle tickets will be sold for $5 each via contactless payment. Cash payments not accepted.
